Grand Restaurant

I just echo the previous review. The reception: a woman receptionist who does not talk English at all and very unprofessional I had to raise my voice once because I was politely asking a question and she was focusing on whatsapp (she heard me well after that 😀). The hotel smells very badly and very dirty, I have seen plates with food staying in the corridor for at least 3 days ( I could not cancel my stay so had to stay :/ ) The gym/pool are just a joke and the hotel is lying on that. Most of the hotel pictures you can find on agoda or booking have been taken at the hotel launch, I strongly believe. See the pictures, they talk by themselves. the gym is in very bad condition same as the pool. The breakfast, I stop you right there I can't call that a breakfast, there are 2 very bad toast and eggs proposed which might make you ill. I really do not understand why this hotel is still open, I wish for other visitors that this post will help don't get ripped off by the price. For the 5stars review I see below, I really think that it is fake reviews done internally. Impossible people think that way or we don't live on the same earth.

I took a suite with 1 bed ,the rooms and furniture looks old, no maintenance, Kitchen too tools and very small fridge , sometimes bad smell inside . Bathroom water leaking sound . staff looks nice , you have to remind them about cleaning every day . Internet very slow evening

It's one of best hotels in New Salalah...I always have a pleasant holiday

The reception are not professional,the receptionist don't talk English he talk Arabic indian way .bad smell in the kichen ,wireless very poor ,food very poor on the breakfast ,no staff in concierge I feel like in no rated hotel .sorry for that and the price is very high for nothing

Very bad customer service,,not clean at all,,poor room service,,breakfast buffet very bad If I can give less than one star I'll surely do.
