Great colour, fresh, bright blonde, half head foils. A great cut, I have thick wavy hair and Jackie cut a lovely bob, as I had asked. She kept it fresh and modern. Very reasonably priced. It was my first time, and I’ll definitely go back!

I went to get my hair done at Hair Riffic and it was a poor experience overall. I went in the first time for a consultation, and was recommended to get the Kerasilk treatment to straighten my hair given I have quite curly hair. After the first wash, most of my hair went back to the old curly self and the treatment did not work at all. I went back in a second time for it to be fixed and even after that, the problem still persisted. I tried to contact the team via whatsapp due to the disappointing results, but I was subsequently ignored and was not offered any sort of help. Additionally, the girl who helped me wash my hair was not professional at all - did a very lowsy job. Overall - a very bad experience and will NOT go back again. Wasted $2000 and over 5 hours of my time. Definitely will not recommend.

Awful! Bad experience! I don’t like their way to wash my hair. The guy not washing my hair softly even I told him to do so. The most horrible thing is their hair cut. Even I told Matt (the hair stylist) what I want him to do, he is totally out of control. As the length of my hair in left hand side is not same as right hand side, I told him that I want my hair look balance and please cut it neat. He totally can’t do it. Now the length of my hair is not balance. He also make my fringer of hair not balance too. I will never go to this salon again!
