Review is for coffee, banana cake and brownie only as pictured. Plus: desserts were excellent. Brownie wasn't too hard or dry as it looked, and banana cake wasn't too sweet. Coffee was alright, nothing stella and a little weak but at a great price point. Ample parking for non residents at visitor lots. Was responsive on whatsapp. Minuses: despite rave reviews, we found the service lacking. After much pondering, perhaps the owner/server/barista wasn't rude, he was just of a very quiet nature. Menu wasn't intuitive with no pictures, and when asked which desserts were available that day (as there were none displayed except a chalk board with muffins written on it), he simply remarked "which dessert you want?". When the food was ready, he did not call out to us to collect and left it on the counter on top of the single menu in the coffee shop while others were browsing and talking over our food. we did not expect that it was self service since it was such a small shop, and frankly it should've have been told to us when we ordered. Also noticed that despite it being a hot day and having two air-conditioners in the shop, only one above the cashier was turned on. Finally, no water was served, not uncommon but still a minus for us. There were a decent number of tables and seats, but the tables were rickety and unstable. Not being fussy, but important to share feedback for improvement. Conclusion: just come for the desserts, and ignore the service since you're not there to socialise. Great place for residents nonetheless, and might return for their bakes if in the area.

A small cosy cafe nestled within a condominium. However, it is easily accessible for non-residents to enter as you do not need to pass by the guards to visit this cafe. There are both indoor and outdoor sitting with a wide array of items to choose from on the menu. We went there on 4pm on a Saturday afternoon for a little tea-break around the area and were pleasantly surprised that there was no one at the store. We decided to get a ‘dirty matcha’ - matcha with coffee, and a tiramisu to share. The prices are friendly and is a good spot for people to chill around as it is a very quiet place. They offer bites, desserts, drinks and a few main items for you to order. Definitely hop by if you’re looking for a quiet rest spot and want to try some sweet treats. Would recommend coming in the evening as the cafe looks so lovely when the sun starts to set with the outdoor seating lights on.

Recommend this cafe if you love cafe hopping and looking to taste new food and beverages thats unique to this place only. Visited this cafe on weekday afternoon, cafe had empty tables for me to chill out and hangout. Ambidence of the cafe is cosy and has heartlander vibes around, it's good Cosy corner to hangout for chat or work. There are many innovative blends of drinks served here like peppermint mocha, which tasted refreshing nice. The tiramisu cake tasted authentic , the alcohol taste melted and stayed my tastebud even after finishing the cake hours later.

Cute cafe nestled in Minton Condo. Accessible for outsiders as well as no need to go inside. I’d recommend Turkey Ham sandwich which was very good. We also went for iced choco and affogato which were both nice.
