The welcome was warm and professional, the facilities are clean, calming and the decor is charming. the massage was faultless, thank you Anna. After our treatments, my friend and I were left to sip on jasmine tea in the relaxation room, wrapped up in the softest hoodied bathrobes. it was the perfect ending to a day spent at the hotel pool. We arrived early from an overnight flight, our bags were taken away and everything was catered for as soon as we got to the hotel. Sam at the front office arranged our breakfast and got our room access early, he was excellent and started our stay off perfectly :).Read more
Went for a massage treatment with a friend booked at the same time. Dissorganised process. Waited in the changing room while there was a nice relaxation area. My therapist arrived on time and we started. My Freind's did not and arrived late. After arriving and entered treatment room a policy of no massage if having operation in last 6 months and refused treatment. This is despite being there for over 45 mins. Nothing in the pre questionnaire. OK, they have a right, but its not been a problem elsewhere. The situation got even worse when the spa manager got involved who rude and dismissive and continued to quote it in the gustatory interest.
