The most impressive aspect of my stay is the staffs I was recognized from my previous stay and greeted very well. they have managed to change my room twice without any hesitation it just because i wanted a different view. Also the team were consistently checked in on me to ensure my stay is as comfortable as possible. I must also commend the exceptional service provided by Ahmed

Hospitality at another level. Staff very helpful & friendly, always ready to give a hand when required. It was a wonderful stay, good food & I would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Will definitely be back soon.especially thanks to Ahmed from Security 😍

The hotel was a bit out of the way for us but the rate made the trips to and from the hotel well worth it. Staff were very friendly and being a diamond elite member I got an upgrade to a very nice room with a living room and two toilets. The breakfast was very good. We tried the dinner buffet and it too was very good. The only area for improvement I can state is the cleaning. I found dirt on the sink counters from a earlier guest and it was nor cleaned by the next day. Also I think the gentleman cleaning the room did not even pour water into the shower area and was satisfied with the state I left it. The desk in the bedroom had some sort of oily spots. Towels were a bit tired and due for replacement. But back on the parotid side basement parking was amble and very convenient.

The worst hotel I had ever stayed in. The hotel is not clean at all , full of dust and while you are sleeping you will find the housekeeping entering without informing you The food in the restaurant is always cold so don't ask for half board of full board.. the cousin 75% is Indian and there not variety at all ,even when they prepare mix grill its spicy the south bar has nice food but its expensive. The laundry is expensive and useless and housekeeping never put extra laundry bag every day you have to go to the reception asking for laundry bag. every day we complain but this is useless. small advice , save your money and don't book in this hotel
