Lately I’ve been staying in this Hotel. It’s close enough to the city and the hotel even offers some shuttles to different places in Dubai. So far, the only think I dislike here, is the gym. Some machines (treadmill & elliptical machines at least) don’t work are they are supposed to work. There are better brands in the market. The breakfast is good and the staff is very welcoming and the receptionists are super nice and super polite. Most of the times, in case I have a new reservation, they have my key ready. Just because of that, 5⭐️ I leave a special appreciation to Daisy, Winnie, Justice and Aman. Many thanks to you! You are awesome! 🙏

The hotel staff was really friendly towards us. One of the staff members Miss Raghad , at the reception made sure everything smoothly worked for us and ensured that our stay was comfortable. She was very genuine towards us and helped us now and then. The hotel’s hygiene, staff , food , rooms and service never disappointed us. The chicken biryani is a must try for all non-vegetarians, it was light and delicious.

The hotel staff Ms Poodi was really friendly and supportive from booking towards and any support needed thereafter. Overall had a pleasant stay - good breakfast, comfortable rooms like home and excellent lighting.

I would like to bring attention to an exceptional agent named Raghad who works at the reception. As a quality specialist in customer service, she possesses all the necessary qualities to create a remarkable first impression for customers. The building is new and features modern rooms with electronic controls. However, the current location might not be ideal as the area is still developing. Nevertheless, if you have a car, transportation is not an issue.

We had an amazing stay. I just want to thank Ms.Daisy for giving us an excellent service. She made sure our comfort and convenience at the hotel was given. Above all, amazing staff.
