I ordered two types of juices, watermelon juice, and sweet melon. I did not order the food here since focusing on the juice that looks so delicious. It turned out that the juice is decent, and the flavor is good. Melon with milk is unexpectedly delicious. But I prefer without milk to keep the freshness of the melon juice.

Most of the time I would pick Hollywood Star over any food establishment if I’m eating out. But recently, their food is declining. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re busy, or if they have changed recipes, but my Mexican salad does not taste the same as it did before. And also, the lady assigned to prepare my salad did not seem very hygienic while touching my food with her gloves. She should be mindful of what she does because she is easily seen by us. She touches pans, cups, cabinets, trays then proceeds to prepare my salad with the same gloves!! Disgusting.

I ordered a potato and fresh cocktail. One staff cut open a potato and put shrimp on the heating pan. Then she started to serve other customers. 20 mins had passed and still she was not serving me. The potato and shrimp was left there for the whole time. I asked the cashier about my cocktail. She looked at those receipts and told me to wait, seemingly confused. Then, the potato staff saw my enraged look and finally decided to cook the potato. The cashier also found my fruit cocktail that was left on the table for a long time. They did not even applogize for skipping my order. Extremely poor service.

Food is just so bad. Staff is friendly but made a mistake in my order, i ordered a regular mac n cheese but they served the chicken one. Chicken taco wrap was tasteless. Sad.

Tried the chicken and chicken franks pasta here. It’s ok for the effort and the available options around in the food court. Nothing great about the pasta though. I had to instruct the chef about the ingredients to be added, nevertheless it did not taste wow. They have limited options for vegetables and no oregano or parsley which would have surely added some taste to the pasta. Lastly, employees working there are quiet accommodating and kind.
