Choosing this hotel is an unforgettable experience. The interior design is full of unique personality. I was impressed by Han's enthusiasm and expertise. She provided me with excellent service and a wealth of local advice, always ensuring my comfort. The service is very professional and hard to find anywhere else. Thank Han for everything he's done for me, and I'll be back next time. From the beginning of booking, every little thing is arranged in good order, and every little detail is full of warmth and care. Highly recommended for those who are looking for quality travelers.

The rooms were spacious and modern. The master bath was luxurious and very spacious. It even had a 1/2 bath for the common area! The breakfast bar was the best breakfast bar I have ever had. It was all fresh, prepared, and beautifully plated. The sliced meats, cheeses, yogurts, and various vegan dishes were prepared and kept in a glass refrigerator. They had food for every single culture available and I everything looked so good that I had to try it all! Lol The staff is on point and always ready to assist you in the lobby. The pool area is quaint and cozy overlooking the city skyline.

Superb property and have come to realized the Indigo chain is rather unique and special! Especially loved the unique design and artsy feel portrayed in every part of the hotel. Service was good and staff were polite and proactive. The rooms were equally impressive. I stayed in a king room that was not only impeccably clean but also remarkably spacious. The modern decor, featuring unique artworks and thoughtfully selected furniture, contributed to a nice ambience of sophistication and comfort, not forgetting the amazing creek view. The breakfast buffet presented an array of options to cater to diverse dietary preferences, making each morning a delightful culinary journey! We also utilized the gym and pool which were well equipped and well maintained. I’d highly recommend this property.

This hotel is a stunning hotel with exquisitely appointed rooms and suites. The décor is elegant and sophisticated. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are wide. The service is impeccable. The staff are attentive and friendly, and go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. They are always happy to help with anything you need, and are always willing to go the extra mile. The view of the rooms to the canal is stunning.

I stayed in this property back in November 2022 and have some great amenities and services for the location. From the minute we checked in all the way to checkout, the services were perfect, and all the staff from the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, bellman, and restaurant servers are absolutely 10/10. Pool was perfectly maintained, and cleanliness standards were high. I stayed in a king room, it was clean and spacious, very modern with unique arts and furniture decor. We used the daily breakfast every morning, which is located on the main floor with large windows for natural light. The breakfast buffet had so much to choose from and catered to all dietary/preferences selections
