The breakfast was good but we would not recommend anyone to stay here as the room was not very clean, we found a toenail on the floor when checking in and the toilet lid had a cleanable stain on it. Everything from slippers to dental kit to toiletries are all given with an extra charge when you request it, which is very weird for a large chain. Our room also smelled strongly of smoke and when we complained they gave us a humidifier which kept leaking water. We had to ask the reception to clean the room once more. When they were done cleaning, the room smelled good but after some time the smell of smoke came through again. Overall, we did not feel it was worth the price and have stayed at hotels that were much better for the same price. We also did not expect to have to pay extra for all the basic amenities that are usually included in hotels

Ibis Hotel Fujairah is highly recommended!It's a very clean hotel.Outstanding performance from the staffs, they were really friendly and kind to me. Water,coffee and tea are provided. Their breakfast is really quite Good . There is Gym,if you are a gym lover and pool that you can enjoy with friends.Also,you can chill in the bar at night that band will deliver a fantastic performance. I would love to appreciate the works of Mr Omar who was at the lobby with Miss Pan and Naveed for their assistance as always.

The hotel location is wonderful. Lulu mall is on walking distance, Fujairah Mall is around 3-4 mins drive and city center fujairah is also around 5-7 mins away from here. There’re good restaurants nearby. The rooms are small it’s like a budget hotel of Novotel & hilton double tree. The hotel so super clean with amazing swimming pool. The receptionist Mr. Naveed is super cool and helpful person.

The room was exceptionally small, with a size that could be described as extremely cramped. Moreover, an ongoing unpleasant odor emanated from the room throughout my stay. It was surprising that they did not provide bathrobes or slippers, a practice I have not encountered in any of the hundred hotels I have visited before. Additionally, it was rather peculiar to find a price tag associated with basic amenities in the bathroom, such as a toothbrush, priced at 2 AED, which I found to be quite unusual.

Had a good stay and rest with my family, I have requested a connecting room last minute and it was immediately accomodated. Thank you very much to the Housekeeping staff who cleaned our room and a special mention Haifa from reception, she is very accomodating and professional! The pool is amazing and very nicely situated, nice view especially at night.
