Let me start with the rating first and then will elaborate on each Service - 4/5. Thought of 3 at first but towards the end the staff came and heard patiently our comments Food - 3/5 Coffee - 5/5 Ambience - 2/5. It's in an open space inside the mall and will not get better. We went early in the morning as this was one of the places which opens early. May be it's the start of the day the service was slow and not very interactive. We order an Egg Halcado, Mini burger and Muesli bowl. The food was fresh and clean. The verdicts are Egg Halcado... Average. The poached egg was not upto the mark and the yoke was over cooked. The Avacado portion was very little and was not the best. Mini burger - Good. My daughter had it without any frowning and comments 😊 Muesli bowl - Manageable. Lots of yoghurt and basic fruits and lots of honey. No berries Viennese Coffee - Excellent. Great taste and proportions

finally I found a proper cafeteria, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about real coffee culture and they are open to your personal preferences, Italian roasted beans and proper brewing, first a cinnabon and then Illy cafe and my day is saved 😅

we like the service mire than the food 😅
