Great for a fun weekend escape, especially if you have a family. The rooms are spacious, and the private pool is a must if you want to have some intimate family time. The beach is clean with excellent facilities such as in beach seating areas although I suggest beach service such as cold drinks. Very family-friendly and I recommend it to anyone who wants a break in routine to enjoy the beach.

A really nice resort for a vacation. Had a very nice welcoming staff who answer you very quickly. Everything is provided from amenities to cutlery to cookware. They even provided a baby crib. The pool area is nice. And the pool is 5 I would have loved it if it was bigger or a little deeper. The restaurants offer a nice menu and the food is fine. The spa is decent but not professional. What I didn't like: When I called room cleaning service, they didn't empty any trashcan. After the third day the pool needed a deep cleaning because of algae. The location of the resort is remote and about 30 minutes from the city and you can only find fast food restaurants nearby(about 5 minutes away) The resort is expensive.

I honestly was so disappointed because of the sewage smell. I have booked the villa premier. The villa itself was really nice. The beach was clean. However, I couldn’t enjoy my private pool because of the bad smell. What made me actually frustrated is when i asked the room service guy to change the room. He said that “ all the premier villas have the same smell from the pool side. You just have to wait for the see tide to come “ Someone explain if that service is worth 270 BD

Jaww resort provides unmatched service and hospitality. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The villas are very well maintained. Their beach and outdoor areas were very clean and enjoyable. The resort is very family friendly and also has jet-skis and water-sports for all ages.

I travelled around the world and I never saw bad attitude start from security person to reception since I arrived. They are not respect to the customer as there are a lot of arguments and they destroy our family weekend and I asked to return the money before I entered but they refused. I highly recommend to executive management and board to look closer to their behavior either to change the whole team or get them training. Any business has to sustain beside its profit and I can tell the sustainability would not be longer with attitude and behavior of security person and reception people. Too much talk and arguments and I never see business like this I will put my feedback in Googlemap and send special email to the executive management as they do not care about the feedback of the customer at all and they happy about their behavior and attitude
