Jouri A Murwab Hotel Pool

I chose this hotel based on the beautiful pictures and location, but I had an unsatisfactory experience. 1- It took about +40 minutes to check in! All my family was waiting in the reception. 2. The AC in room 101 was so bad and hot although I put it at 18° and speed fan. 3. The room's refrigerator was broken and not cooling. 4. All three rooms don't have slippers. Therefore, my experience was not satisfactory in this hotel.

Nice spacious hotel located near to the National Museum of Qatar and about twelve to fifteen minutes ride from the airport. The room was big and cosy, but the AC was kinda loud and shower wasn't completely clean (there were hairs and mold). Overall, the hotel has good price and quality ratio.

One of the best experience ever, the hotel is 4 stars but the services is definitely 5 stars plus ➕, the food the hygiene everything is well organised. At Jouri hotel you will feel like home, the staff are very friendly starting from there manager all the way to each and everyone in the hotel. I definitely recommend it

Was transiting through Doha and ended up staying at the hotel as part of Qatar Airlines transit stay agreement. I need to start with the good first , the rooms were nice and clean . That’s the end of the good part of my stay . The service was absolutely horrendous, I had to call in for a dental kit 4 times before I got one about 3 hrs later . One of the managers at the front desk handled a question about a shuttle to the airport extremely poorly, in essence saying either I stick to the pre-determined times or I get my own transport. I travel quite a bit and most good hotels may have the same response, but they approach it more tactfully. That tells me the hotel is either not investing in training their staff or don’t really care about service . The food was passable, you eat it because you don’t have any other option . Last but not the least , when I returned to the room after my absolutely charming experience with the front desk manager, I found out that the water heating kettle in my room was not working . This was the straw that broke the camels back, instead of calling front desk and waiting an hour for them to give me a new kettle, I picked up my bags and left for the airport. I should have known that things were going to be bad, when at the time of transporting us from the airport the hotel, they stuffed 6 of us and a baby, in a SUV whose interiors reeked of gasoline. This hotel is essentially a bunch of nice rooms that’s it , the service ,food and the amenities are pretty tragic . In future , I will never stay here . I usually never give such poor ratings, but this experience really had me up in arms .

I stayed in a room at Jouri Hotel for 6 nights, with breakfast included, for a total amount of 400€ for 1 person. Overall, this is is a wonderful hotel, that's always clean and smelling fresh, with extremely nice and accommodating staff. The hotel is really well located as well, at walking distance from the National Museum of Qatar (5min), the Museum of Islamic Arts and Souq Waqif (20 min). You can also walk to the Old Doha Port and Mina District, though it's a bit longer. You can also use taxis, as they are affordable and very convenient when the day is too hot. The rooms are very high tech, what with the lights system and do not disturb/please clean buttons, it took me days to figure them all out 🥲 The rooms are very neat and functional though and the cleaning staff does a wonderful job, so well done! I do have a small issue with the breakfast, as it is an all you can eat buffet, guests tend to get over the top and fill their plates to the brim, food they are obviously not able to eat, so this leads to an INSANE amount of wasted food every day. Maybe it is worth it to review this system and maybe raise awareness towards the hotel guests about this. That's just a suggestion 😁 As a solo female traveler, I have to stress the fact that the area and the hotel in itself made me feel very safe. Anyways, thank you Jouri, I'll definitely book again in this hotel when I come back to Doha.
