Restaurant team required to be trained for how to deal with the customers. Wrong location on Google maps. Online price is completely different than paying on the hotel. You have to call the room service several times before they do thier normal job and finally you found unexpected person who knock your door night time asking if you need room service or not. Cleaning is not considered even windows and windows frame looks like never cleaned for a long time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

My rating for the hotel is 5 stars. It is a very special hotel in all respects and I recommend a visit. Thank you for your hospitality. The service was very fast in terms of room service and cleanliness ((I thank Mr. Mansoor Mohammed for the speedy check-in and check-out procedures as well. You are truly the best special person in the hotel for your smile, service, and elegant treatment with customer’s Thanks again for Mr. Mansoor Mohammed 🙏🏼

Worst hotel service ever, dont get thirsty because they will charge you for more than 2 bottles of water a night, as opposed to other hotels they literally gave as much as i want for free. Not only that, but they didnt even bring me the water that i was willing to pay for. They also dont have speakers or an Aux cable for the Tv, and no youtube.
