I am a usual client at Kaya skin clinic, I come for laser sessions monthly. The staff and technicians are professional and caring. I wanna shout out the receptionist Ola and Diala for taking care of me from the moment I step in the center till I leave statisfied. Prices are a bit high but worthy

After a long discussion with the customer care, I had booked an appointment for facial. I had to do today as i am travelling in the next couple of days. I arrived 10 minute late as I come from far off. First the reception said I can only have a check up and not a facial since I came 10 min late and they have client evey 45min. I was totally put off when she said and then I had to tell her why it took little extra. I saw the nurse come after me only. They took me in at 10.20 and then she s trying to convince why I should not do a facial today. I understood they simply wanted to postpone my treatment. I left the place. I am never coming back again to this place. Please respect the clients and value their time as well as they take so much efforts to make appointments and come even though I have to drive 40 min to the place.

I don't recommend going there unless you want to waste your time, money. I struggled to contact them for a service cancellation due to personal reasons, they ignored my email, text message, social media direct massage and even calls, they kept transferring me from one employee to another. I felt so unheard, ignord and, unappreciated. I only went there once & it is the last vist ever. I don't know about the other reviews but with the traumatic experance I had this place don't even deserve a one star. I said what I said!

The best skin experts I have dealt with so far..I was suffering from pimples on the face during the Corona period because of the mask, and it was difficult to remove it..in addition I was suffering from some dark spots on my forehead, and after the treatment of pimples, my skin came back better than before..in addition to that, I have a disease Lupus erythematosus, I read somewhere that it is forbidden to use lasers, and I ask to some clinics They said directly that there is nothing wrong with using a laser, and when I ask to Kaya clinic, they refused to perform any laser without a medical report from the hospital, which proves their credibility and professionalism in dealing with customers.. Regarding the prices, I think they are appropriate for the quality they provide. They also have offers between time to time
