Kenza Restaurant

Great hotel, great views and great customer service at a reasonable price! They happily upgrade to rooms if available. We are extremely happy with the services and staff who are always on toes to help. The cab services are just outside the hotel and always in time. The restaurant within - kenza is worth mentioning too. This spot is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast is elaborate and comes with an extensive menu. The chef and staff go extra mile to accompany the guests. The lamb and chicken dishes are always good. Cannot name everyone but all of the staff are extremely service oriented all times.

Peace be upon you. This hotel has a large space. 2 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, they have valet parking, the view is good, there is a prayer room, a swimming pool, a steam room, etc. But for food, you have to pay Although many other hotels have a free open buffet So it would be great if they made this amendment

It was an amazing experience with Ramada. We celebrated our son’s birthday. The decoration was nice and the food was yummy. The staff was very friendly too 👍

Very well located, around 10 mins walk to the fountains area, Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Front desk, housekeeping, concierge & restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful! The view from higher-floors fountain facing rooms is top notch! However, it seems like the property needs some more maintenance for the rates being charged. The furniture is starting to get a little old. The restaurant could be a little better by adding more space and more variety of tasty food options!

Actually it is my first time to Dubai as I am coming for both business and tourism I stayed for 3 nights and I had three problems but before talking about I will address the goods there First the reception and valley were adorable and professional The room is good and big Regarding the restaurant I was booking with breakfast but it does not worth it actually ( very basic breakfast without a lot of choices Regarding my two problems 1- at the time of my check in I founded a used underware in the bathroom hanged behind the door And when I spoke to the manager they said we are sorry did you remove it 😅😅😅😅 After that they came and remove it That means they are not changing towels because it was above the towel 🥲🥲🥲 2- during my staying I was I finished my meeting early so retained to sleep around afternoon The no disturb sign was on the door 🚪 They called through phone and wake me up just to make remove the sign and clean 😩😩 And when I complained to the manager Actually he was gentle and professional He apologized and gave a late checkout which I was not needing And told he will send a gift that I did not ask for it from the hotel to the room as a fruits which did not come by the way 😂😂😂 At the end I am only giving the 2 stars for the valley and receptions
