I have been going to Kickit for 3 months now and so far the experience has been the best. The trainers are professional, friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere and vibe of the place is super. Good afternoon. This is the second month I have been going to ems training. The body has become more toned, cm gone. My stomach has become flatter, my legs have pumped up. I really like it. After the 5th session, the result is noticeable and with each session the body contours become more slender. I don’t limit myself in food, only after classes I can’t eat anything for a couple of hours, and then I eat a pack of 2% cottage cheese. I recommend this type of training to everyone, the results appear much faster than regular fitness training.

I have been exercising at kick it body first since one year and it is a very great experience in the sense of results as I can see a massive difference in my body shape and muscles, furthermore, the staff are very friendly and always keen about the satisfactory of the client.
