We love the location as it’s right on the Kite Beach. Amazing view and ambience. Perfect place to host a party and have friends over. We love hanging out in the balcony of the first floor and ground floor studios / one beds. Rooms are slightly old however and may need renovation as the last time we had rain water seep in. The restrooms could be better too, and the toiletries provided.

We loved this place. The value for money was superb! The apartment was large and the view from the bedroom and the balcony was beautiful - it's right on the beach. The staff were kind and approachable - both at reception and at the restaurant. For some it may be worth noting that it's a dry hotel. Loved our stay and will definitely return.

I love this hotel, I don't think there is any hotel in Dubai that comes close in terms of the friendliness of the hotel team. The facilities are good, the pool is recently refurbished, they have a dive centre and kite surfing training and gear rental. Plus the hotel is on the kite surfing beach, near the very popular kite beach retail area. Also, the dedicated beach bike path is just outside and that runs south to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and (with some minor street crossings) all the way north to the new creek at Business Bay. Bikes and electric scooters are available to rent all the way along the bike path. The hotel may not have all the bling that Dubai is famous for, but is is an amazing place for a comfortable family holiday.

All was good with this hotel except one thing the breakfast was really so bad they shouldn't add it with their room charges because it is so limited and has very few options. When you pay extra fees for one night plus breakfast and you go you just find one option from cheese, bread,main course of course you won't come back the following day. I paid for breakfast for five people, five nights, and we didn't use it

Loving it, staying In the 5 B/R house and the house is great with a nice garden. Closed door garage for 2 cars and also om Street free parking. Right beside sunset mall and on the beach. What more you can ask for
