I visited for sahoor at La Pergola lounge and was disappointed with service and food. The staff is inexperienced, right from the entrance you feel there was no hospitality to take the customers to a assigned table. I had to ask them where can i sit. Again go get someone to request baby chair. I didn’t feel like we were in a star hotel. The food variety and selection of food was poor. We arrived at 11 pm for suhoor and a lot of items were finished. At 12:00 The desserts were finished and empty dishes were watching with a smile. Hilton should look into this. I have visited almost all buffets and this is lower than some of the three star buffets. Didn’t expect this at all.

Tried Iftar first day in ramdan the food was not good at all, not recommended. Arabic coffee was served in cappuccino cups and there was no bread which was found later near the dessert area. Moreover there was no respect for this holy month and prayer time where life music was going on during isha athan.

What a shame. Greedy place who want to make people pay more than 500 riyals to come and watch a game. And they just raised their price as they saw people wanted to come. They didn't tell that first at phone. Don't go there, they just want to take the maximum money they can from you.
