Good job they do but not with sneakers/boots. Gave them a pair of shoes to clean, they cleaned it twice allegedly but it remained the same. Took a piece of wet rag and scrubbed it myself, and saw the difference instantly! Clothes ✅ Shoes ❌

Not good quality anymore! They don't care about shirts collars.. Check the attached pics.. I asked them many times to take extra care of my shirts but they didn't listen.. I send 5 shirts every week for press.. So it's not a one time mistake.

First off, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment to do your laundry. The machines are top-of-the-line and easy to use, making the process quick and efficient. But what really sets City of Light laundry apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Whether it's a quick question or a specific request, they are always happy to assist. What's more, City of Light laundry offers a wide range of services to accommodate all of your laundry needs, from wash-and-fold to dry cleaning. Their prices are competitive and reasonable, and the quality of their work is second to none.

Worst laundry I ever came across. They told me that my clothes would only take 2 days to finish and 2 days after they didn’t even finish a single item of clothes and also when I called the worker’s attitude was so bad he was very rude when I talked to him on the phone. I don’t recommend this laundry 👎🏽

The absolute worst laundry service I have ever encountered. You have to call for pickup EVERY TIME you want service even tho I asked for weekly pickup. They may pick up your close after most people are fast asleep, waking up to their time. I had 5 shirts and 5 pants to wash and iron ( press) asked for next day service and guy agreed, 3 days later I got part of my clothes and someone else’s clothes. They came back with right clothes and wanted to charge me full price… no problem, I only had big bill, they didn’t have change, I’m now waiting for delivery guy to come back with correct change. Mind you the delivery guy did his job and I had no beef with him. Final thought, worst service ever.. I would steer clear from using this service… WORST!
