I stayed there in late December. It was a great experience. Lovely staff. Easy check in and check out. For the rooms i must say it’s definitely one of the prettiest, cleanest and luxurious hotels i have ever stayed in. Great house keeping and room service. Great design, details and accessories. For the staff. They were very friendly and awesome. All of them are smiling all the time and welcoming. One of the great hotel staff i have ever interacted with. The only negative point i have regarding the hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra charge for the breakfast. I wanted to try it I thought it will be a buffet or something, however it was meal based breakfast. You have few options to select from it and that is it. I am not sure was it temporary thing until the restaurant work as buffet or it always be like this. Although it was good to know this information before paying extra charge for the breakfast.

Wonderful hotel! I've been living here for a long time. High service. Perfect breakfast. Taking care of guests. Friendly security. Especially Doreeu, every day I see her on the floor with a smile. I will definitely stay here again.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the So/uptown hotel , and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Paul, one of the hotel's exceptional employees, greeted me with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Throughout my stay, Paul went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was impeccable. The hotel itself exudes elegance and sophistication, boasting lavish amenities and stunning views. Without a doubt, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Paul. I cannot wait to return and experience this unparalleled level of hospitality once again.

From arriving until leaving The guys are welcoming The guy who carry our luggage his name Mostafa was always supporting and smiling and during checkout he also was around help us talking the luggage. In the reception during check inn Sara was very welcoming and explaining in details about the hotel . The room and view was amazing as I got free upgrade.

Our stay at So/Uptown was beyond amazing. The reception employee Paul gave us the first best impression about the hotel, he welcomed us generously and upgraded our room to a bigger one (Studio King with Island view). The room was spacious & luxury and so was the toilet. The hotel took care of every single detail in it. 10 We also loved the entrance, lobby, and swimming pool area. Room dine-in for breakfast was delicious. The car entrance to the 6th floor was so easy, unlike what was stated in some reviews. We've already told our friends and relatives about So/ Uptown. And we'll definitely come back to it every time we visit Dubai. Thing we didn't like? The elevator shift,maybe. Though it wasn't a big deal since it was fast and an employee was always there to help. What more could I say? This was my honest and true experience at this hotel, after spending our first 2 days in Dubai in another 5 stars hotel which we couldn't complete our stay in it.
