I stayed for 6 nights here with my wife and my 1 year old son. The staff were very nice and always helpful with everything we needed. The room was very clean, and they came to clean every day. The bed was big and very comfortable. Also providing a bottle of water (1.5L) every day. The pool is on the fifth floor and has a decent size to enjoy and swim. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel at home.

Admission, I booked this place thinking it was Novotel. When I found out it wasn't I was worried but the worry was unnecessary. Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was reasonable with plenty of options to appeal to all tastes. The location was good too, walking distance to the mall, plenty of mosques, restaurants and the boardwalk by the sea. Would stay again. There is also a gift shop in the lobby.

It’s a nice experience staying in this hotel, the room is good. Staying for 10 days and enjoyed the service and the hospitality. The staffs are very accomodating. Just want to give special appreciation for one of the staff named Mr. TIPU for everyday service during my stay. I will definitely will come back.

I paid for 1 night 234 aed, and the room was small. But it's ok for 1 day. Breakfast was included, and there was a lot of food. The elevator was quite slow, and you can find the souvenir section on the lobby. The location is really convenient and easy to find. Service was very nice, they brought very fast water, robes, brushes, iron. They even woke us up at 5am (but we didn't ask😅), but I think it's good to know about this option as well. In general, I like this place. And I can recommend it for short travel.

Nice location...good staff and hospitality...room service could be better... parking outside... ceiling height of the building should have been more...because of less height...looking bit cramped... Furniture upholstery should be changed...sofa is looking very old... Floor mat shall be provided inside wash room... Lifts are very small...max 4 persons can travel...that too very tight... Restaurant...food...buffet...excellent
