Absolutely loved my experience here. The customer experience and attention to detail was everything and more. The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The customer service is definitely what put them a touch above for me. The area is still being developed so there's currently only one lounge area nearby where you can eat and hang out besides the hotel cafe but it's still a wonderful experience. Especially since it's so close to Dubai mall and all the central area activities. I can't recommend it enough!

❤️🇦🇪The Hotel First Collection Waterfront in Dubai left a lasting impression with its stunning waterfront views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service. The contemporary design and spacious rooms provided a comfortable and stylish stay. However, it would be beneficial for the hotel to consider expanding its culinary offerings by including Indian cuisine in the menu. Given the diverse palate of guests, incorporating popular Indian dishes would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Nevertheless, the attentive staff and the prime waterfront location make Hotel First Collection Waterfront a noteworthy choice for a luxurious stay in Dubai.

Between a five stars and this hotel there might be a difference in pricing, probably something around $50/60 per night, but trust me if I say you should pay that money every single day of the year. The hotel is brand new, but the rooms are old. The quality of the furniture is poor and so the quality of the staff. None of them speaks English, they don’t understand when you talk to them and it’s just impossible. Bathroom is small like you can’t close the door behind you, from the sink you can enjoy yellow water for the first 30 seconds before getting something you can use to wash your face or hands. The restaurants are very average, expensive and extremely dirty. All the sofas on the chairs are dirty as they have been using these for ages and never washed. Guys, what can I tell you? Avoid this hotel.

It was an okay experience, Room is clean and the view is amazing.. The bathroom is a bit stained and looks like it’s dirty. Breakfast was the worst, not much of a variety and lots of flies there, i suggest you save the breakfast money and go for a nice restaurant with the same price. However the service is amazing and a big thanks to Janaka!

Rooms were very clean and spacious, the view is beautiful and room service is very fast. All hotel staff is so friendly and hospitable, especially Anju - she made our experience so lovely. Will definitely be back!
