Had the time of my life. Very efficient staff, and kept us in the know. The waiver is a bit crazy. But the staff explained it and we felt better. Would highly recommend this. Had an excellent time

The whole zip line experience sounded like fun to me when I initially heard of it… and it was fun but not nearly as fun as you would think. The whole experience of the actual zip line probably finished within 1 minute to maximum 2 minutes. Which is nothing considering what you pay. Also the check in area in the basement of Marina mall is absolutely boiling. I don’t know why as I went in November which is Dubai winter season. So I was working up quite a sweat there packed with loads of people in that little check in area. I can’t say that I would go again… but for a one time experience it was alright.

It was so fun, amazing and thrilling experience that you will remember for a lifetime! 10/10 highly recommended to those who are looking for extreme but exiting experience. If I ever get a chance, will do it again. Thanks Dubai Xline.

Some mixed feelings with this Xline Dubai. First the expectation and the real experience differs a lot. I felt that it wasn't as 'exciting' or 'thrilling' as I expected it to be it was okay but I didn't feel element of thrill, but of course I did enjoy the ride and the view, though the view before the ride was much better. Not that easy to find in a big mall, had to find the right lift to take in order to find the shop in the basement of the mall in the car park level. There was a bit of a wait to get all the participants who booked for the same slot. Once everyone has arrived, everything was smooth and I would say the logistics from the start to the end was pretty commendable. The thing I didn't really like was the service support before and after the ride. I actually enquired this a few months before the day and faced a lot of issues booking as the calendar was not opened up. Had some contact with them via Whatsapp the response was very slow sometimes would take days, and sometimes I would get wrong information. I was told the mall was next to the station and the person told me it was next to the DMCC station but turned out was a 10 min walk under the hot weather. Upon reaching then I saw the Dubai Marina Mall tram station opposite the mall. Was told that the videos and photos will be mailed after 3 days and when I received the email I tried opening it and had issues downloading the files. I enquired and asked for assistance via Whatsapp again but what they responded was they cant help maybe I should try with another computer. Overall having tried the skydive Dubai and this, I think I would pay a bit more and do the skydive instead. I believe both belong to the same company but the experience I had there was much better and personalized.

Totally amazing experience. The view is insane, the team is super organised, and the experience is once in a lifetime! I had a mini panic attack and cried at the top (I have a fear of heights), and the team dealt with it efficiently and professionally and calmed me down enough to go through with it. Can't thank you enough as I would've hugely regretted not doing it!
