FRAUD WITHOUT LICENCE! I recieved a car on the Oct 9th in TERRIBLE conditions. I rejected it at the same moment and asked for the full refund, as I made 100% prepayment. They promissed to return money within 14 days since the incident but during 1 month nobody even answered my calls or massages. After a small investigation - I have found that this company received many complaints from other customers and this company’s licence has been blocked since August. Will go to the COURT to defend my rights and to get back the money I transferred them!

I rented a Chevrolet, and overall, I was satisfied with the rental experience. However, I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the car and its cleanliness when it was delivered to me. The vehicle seemed quite worn and was not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, I encountered an issue with the refund of my deposit. It was promised to be refunded on the 21st business day, but it took longer than expected. I had to follow up multiple times to inquire about the status of my deposit refund. It finally got resolved after approximately 40 days. While I appreciate the rental service overall, the delayed deposit refund and the initial condition of the car were minor inconveniences that I believe could be improved for a better customer experience.

My first time renting a car internationally. The team helped me over emails regarding the requirements before my arrival as well. Everything was smooth sailing at the store on the day of renting. Adil and Faseh helped with the processing. They even guided me through city rules to avoid any fines. The car was in superb condition and was without a doubt worth more than the money spent.

My car had broken down on the highway and I needed to reach Abu Dhabi urgently to attend an important meeting. I called Abdul and he quickly directed me to their office that was closest to my location and arranged for the car. I was able to make my meeting on time. It was an outstanding service delivered by Abdul. I am using this company for more than a year now and they are very accommodating for all your car rental requirements. 👍🏻

I am visiting UAE quite often and have to rent a car, I always used to struggle with different car rental agencies chasing them to get a good service and transparent charges. One of my friend recommended Lumiere car rental and finally these people made my travel too easy. Whenever I plan my visit I just need to drop Mr. Hasnain a message and rest he take care of everything. From delivery to pickup and all according to my convenience. I am using their service for more then a year now and I can confirm they are one of the best car rental company in Dubai. 👍
