Staff are friendly. The room was neat and clean. However, the remote control was not properly. Although it was reported , there was no action from my concern. And the water in the shower room was very hot and there was no proper cold water supply. Breakfast was good, but not that much option. Very good hotel location, and accessible to metro, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

This is a 2 star or 3 star hotel in actual sense. By no means this hotel is 4 star. Room service is very poor. They don't service your room properly, I stayed 3 nights and the bedsheets and duvet covers were not changed once. Breakfast area is good but food is average. The bakery items such as croissants and mini muffins are not fresh at all. Very limited continental food. Staff was friendly including the reception lady, Janice. Location is okayish, you can find plenty of food joints on that road so no need to take a taxi/careem. I would not book or go back to this hotel simply because it is a 2/3 star hotel in reality and not a 4 star as they claim to be!

Excellent quality rooms in this price point, location is good if you are looking for a location with nearby Indian and continental cafes around. Hospitality is amazing. Better than what I expected.

This is my last I will book in this hotel, only now I experienced that the complimentary is limited especially the water and it’s 4star hotel , I experienced from 3star hotel not like this they very generous staff and they not limiting the complimentary for the guest… The bathtub not clean also , we need to call and ask them to clean it. Not complete kit also like toothbrush kit nothing and the slippers not ready need to call them one by one it should be all prepared before the guest will enter the rooms.

I think overall they had great service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is near several restaurants so you can sample different cuisines. They said there would be noise due to renovations that are going on which we didn't experience which I liked. Its near the metro station and the staff did lend us some metro cards ofcourse which we loaded and traversed the city seamlessly.
