Our recent stay at Ramee Palace Hotel for three was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I was delighted by the warm and friendly service provided by the front desk team. The room is clean, spacious, and decorated with modern furnishings. Our children enjoyed taking baths in Jacuzzi. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable bedding to the well-appointed amenities. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from my window, which added an extra layer of charm to the experience. Moreover, the hotel's facilities were top-notch with Swimming Pool, Gym, spa, English and Arabic pubs. It has good customer service. The staff members consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, offering valuable recommendations for local attractions, and always greeting me with a genuine smile. Overall, my stay at Ramee Hotel was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and hospitable experience with your family. I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

Worst hotel...some staff were very helpful. But the room I was in had lock battery problem and it made our day worst... we stayed without room around 2 hours. One of the staff's were able to arrange another room until that time. However, food , room , location everything is average.

the rooms were quite big and hygienic. But the service was so slow. I have to wait 10-15 mins for everything. The breakfast was decent most of the days but the staff are very friendly. Location is good. If the service was better it would have been 5 stars for me as even the fridge wasn’t working.
