Restaurant team required to be trained for how to deal with the customers. Wrong location on Google maps. Online price is completely different than paying on the hotel. You have to call the room service several times before they do thier normal job and finally you found unexpected person who knock your door night time asking if you need room service or not. Cleaning is not considered even windows and windows frame looks like never cleaned for a long time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Worst hotel service ever, dont get thirsty because they will charge you for more than 2 bottles of water a night, as opposed to other hotels they literally gave as much as i want for free. Not only that, but they didnt even bring me the water that i was willing to pay for. They also dont have speakers or an Aux cable for the Tv, and no youtube.

Came here for a bachata dance class. Nice. Although the GPS wasn't so accurate in determining where this hotel is.

Hated the room service, no one comes up for even 3-4 hours to clean the room. They just dont care about anything. They can handle things better if they opt to but they dont. Nevertheless rooms are good, bathrooms can be a little better and service is non existent.

The worst hotel I had been in my life , I took the suit-room and the room was not clean at all the bathroom have a really bad smell and the toilet was dirty I asked the cleaning boy to clean 3 times but is still dirty. Even the bed sheets were not new I asked for a new one . And lastly there was so many small flies coming from the sink, I don’t recommend this place to any one .
