Masala Studio

I ordered a plate of butter chicken for home delivery. They charge 44 or 46 aed for a plate and I got 2-3 pieces of shredded chicken in the gravy. They don’t do it when u go there and eat. Please never order online from them , you will get cheated .

This was a purchase for delivery. I can't understand what standards are used to cook the chicken.

The portion of the buttered chicken is unbelievable. I ordered through talabat and the price was at 44aed. When it arrived, I was shocked bc it doesn’t even have a rice or even a bread. And the portion as you can see in the photos, it is not really that much. Unbelievable! For this portion, I really think that the price is too much.

From our favorite restaurant in this side of dubai to our worst restaurant you can have in this side of dubai , within a span of 3 years is unbelievable for us. We came to damac hills in 2020 and for every special occasion, friends meet , family gatherings we always orders from Masala Studio . Food was great and service was even better . But recently our experience with them has been terrible. Their food has become bad and their service even worse. We recently ordered for chicken biryanis and they send us veg biryani 3 of them , we called and tnt us a replacement in broken pots after 1 and half hours , though they promised 30 mins delivery, and then had a very bad time when we questioned them on it . Even the replacement biryani they sent was rubbish put together. Their earlier staff was so curtoeous and friendly and any delay , issues etc were handled well , but the new team , , score a ZERO on customer service and courtesy. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MASALA STUDIO , YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

We usually order from Masala Studio for home delivery, but decided to go for dine in last night. The restaurant decoration, the aromas, the food, and the presentation were great. Considering it’s close to where we live, we’ll certainly opt for dine in more often 😃
