Nisreen and the MIAs team are dedicated to personalizing a programme and really go on the journey with you. I have enjoyed every treatment and really have seen results. These treatments particularly helped me post training to alleviate body aches and pain.

Nisreen trialed some of our services for free (her and her daughter) in 2020. However, she was dissatisfied as she could not see any benefit/results and that the treatments, according to her, was a waste of her time. After promising to do a review and publishing it in exchange for free treatments, she sent this email ..."I have planned my diary which involves me blocking out my business from actually generating income , ... , however please note I have invested just as much, if not more. My time that I have spent doing the treatments, means I ... have not been operational in my own business during those times, ... , however it’s all a waste if I’m not seeing proper results. Effective, relaxing and rejuvenating. I was skeptical at first, but after my 5th session there was a visible difference. Definitely something I would recommend and do again. I first went to De Waterkant branch. Nisreen, the owner dealt with me directly. Very informative and happy to answer all questions. I moved over to Claremont branch and Sallymay was just brilliant. She truly is a team player and pushes for best results. Thank you for the positive experience and for helping me shed CM's.
