The rooms were good as they were like this by Hilton but only this. Big parking Bad services, 5star building (was Hilton before) with 2-3 star services Arrived 0:25 and instead of having the room ready from 14:00 or 15:00, told us to wait to clean and prepare a room at that moment, because our room was given to someone else. Room delivered at 1:10 in the morning. Didn't serve not even a water or ask if we need something like snack or food. Towels were not enough and 1 was dirty. Waited more than 15 minutes to bring new towel. Breakfast had a few options but they were not serving other coffees or drinks (requested for a chocolate and told me to get a coffee). All hotels are providing the drink of our choice. Especially a 5star hotel (this is not a 5 star) Not so polite staff. They were polite only to locals. From 3 elevators only 1 was working during the morning of one day No charger for EV cars in the parking No minibar Was resident for many years in UAE and was the second worst experience in a hotel.

Service is shocking. Cancel rooms last minute. Attempt to overcharge on multiple room booking. Breakfast is below average and don’t cater for dietary requirements. Hotel facilities are nice which is a positive. Management is shocking and leave their staff to defend their poor service. It’s not a 5* hotel, it is a 3* hotel at best because it’s a nice building. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Overall very basic hotel. Expect 2-3star quality. Looks better in the photos than the reality. Would not recommend for families or anyone with special dietary requirements. Foods are incorrectly labelled with allergens. Nuts/eggs were not labelled despite the allergen notice claiming that symbols will identify items containing these allergens. This did not improve despite being brought to management attention. Cafe floor smells of smoke. Difficult to sit in and eat if you are a non-smoker. Has been a stressful experience overall so far. Probably a good hotel for those who have low dietary needs and are happy with a 2star stay. If you are expecting 5star, you will be disappointed.

Stayed here 18 nights and at best this hotel is a solid 3 star, amazing building just needs a lot of repairs, The management hide behind the staff who are amazing and try and help but most of the issues are out of their hands. I would not stay here again and I strongly suggest management make an effort to bring the facilities to a 5 star standard or downgrade themselves to 3 stats.

I wouldn't classify this hotel as five-star. We had lots of mould everywhere in the bathroom. TV didn't work for 10 days, only after complaining 6 or 7 times was it fixed. This is because I spoke to the manager about it. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom stopped working after 30 seconds. Was told this was due to an electrical fault. An electrical, it's a bit concerning to sleep in a room with an electrical fault. This also meant i was not able to charge my electrical toothbrush and end up buying a manual toothbrush to use. The carpet was dirty. I don't think it was vaccumed. They didn't even offer us another room instead. We order room service food one night. We were told it would take 30 to 40 mins. Didn't turn up for 2 hours. Had to call twice to chase up on the situation. It was a really bad experience staying here.
