We stayed here for a 2 and then a 3-day period within a week. The first time in a standard room, which was fine, For the second stay we upgraded to a suite (with sea view and balcony) which was lovely – a shame that the balcony was shared with the adjoining room, though. (I wasn’t sure why there was half a kitchen in the suite – useful fridge and sink, but no cooker, although the cooker hood was there and worked! The hotel is lovely and very well situated. All the usual facilities as well as beach and spa. Restaurants are good. Breakfast is fine (though on one morning the Germans had descended like locusts and the staff had to work extra hard to keep up). Would be nice to have more accessible power sockets in the rooms. Staff were wonderful: polite, kind, efficient.Read more
We had such a lovely week at this hotel! We booked a deluxe room with an extra bed for our son (32jds extra per night). Room was ok but they don’t turn the aircon on until March and the fan was not effective! The next day we asked if we could move rooms and they offered us an apartment ( we paid a bit extra but sooo worth it!). Right next to pool, 2 bedrooms and huge. Really lovely. The pool was great with a lovely outdoor jacuzzi (plus indoor ones). The beach was just stunning, calm, gorgeous palm trees, lovely hammocks, trampoline and play ground for kids. The staff were so friendly and warm and amazing with children. Great buffet breakfast, delicious food and extra touches such as fresh orange juice, hot chocolate, cappuccinos if you order with the waiting staff. I really do recommend both this hotel and Jordan as a place to visit with a family. (Be aware, the wine is not great but if you add sparkling water it’s drinkable 😀)Read more
Stayed in the most basic room, but had everything you could wish for. Largish room with a city view. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were replenished daily as was the tea and coffee . Bathrobe and slippers supplied, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. The pools, grounds and private beach well looked after. Surprisingly the room service menu was not overpriced for a hotel of this standard and the food was very tasty. The lobby bar had a ‘happy hour’ between 7 and 8 in the evening which was handy as alcohol in general is rather expensive in Jordan. Thoroughly enjoyed our week relaxing here after our busy time exploring Jordan.Read more
This hotel had everything. Great staff, great facilities, comfy room with great view. It is handy for strolling around Aqaba and there is certainly no shortage of security at the hotel. I’m sorry I only got to stay for one night!Read more
Really nice place, comfortable and great staff. I was upgraded to a suite. But would have been better staying with my other room. Ended with 2 king singles and not a queen/king bed. But it was a good stay in a great location. Would recommend. Read more
