Since I arrived everything wasn’t as expected. I was delayed more than an hour and a half to get my room, and when I finally got the rom, the room was not clean and smelly. Beside the the room and bad service, the hotel’s facilities are not well maintained. The kids’ pool was supposed to have warm water, but unfortunately the heater was not working. 👎 In addition, since my first day of arrival I requested to have a decoration for birthday celebration which they never did.👎 Overall my stay was very bad and this place doesn’t meet the Movenpick standards.👎 Definitely will not repeat this experience nor recommend it to anyone 👎

Bitter sweet experience but more bitter than sweet. I chose Movenpick as the hotel for my honeymoon and I most probably won’t return. The lobby and rooms were actually quite nice but the service is below par. I’d recommend you spend a little more and go to a hotel where they know how to treat guests better. Check in was pretty smooth and the location isn’t bad but it’s a little far from the main spots in Dubai. Now the issues I had really did dampen my experiences here, firstly the housekeeping people threw away all the uneaten food I ordered online which cost me $100 even though it was packed away nicely and did not look like rubbish. Apparently it smelt bad that’s why the housekeeping man disposed it which is funny considering it was cakes from The Cheesecake Factory that was only 3-4 hours old. I complained to the reception and followed up for two days but all I got was an apology and even got blamed as they told me I shouldn’t leave food out in the room according to housekeeping. I asked to be reimbursed for the loss but this was completely ignored, anyways I didn’t bother following up after this. Secondly when I went to check out, I called the reception twice to ask for someone to help me take my luggage’s down from the room. I waited 25 minutes before taking them down myself and even had to load them into the taxi whilst the concierge watched from the door, he did eventually step in but that’s pretty unacceptable. Anyways it’s their loss not mine. I’m returning to Dubai next week and have booked a different hotel and I’m hoping it’ll be better than Movenpick. Kind regards, Room 311.

Wanted to get a coffee here but it's not possible to enter the lobby unless you are staying at the hotel. I can understand a policy like this at Atlantis on the Palm but this is Movenpick on the freeway! It's a very unnecessary and unwelcoming policy. Also, beware of fake reviews for this hotel. There are a lot of suspicious positive reviews - all with the same spelling mistakes.

Really enjoyed my stay. Was a company visit and all paid for. Staff were so lovely and friendly. Some of the residents lacked manners and courtesy but never the staff. I loved that the gym was child free and the separate adult pool too. Breakfast has a lovely selection. Dinner buffet was average. Location means you need to get a taxi everywhere but there is a shuttle bus for anyone on a holiday. Only downside for me personally is that it is a dry hotel but not scoring them down for my personal likes, I'll blame my colleagues 🤣

I was quite comfortable. Staff was very much helpful and supportive. Samith was very much cooperative and helpful during my stay in this hotel. I wish him best of luck. I will try to come back to this place and recommend to my friends.I am also impressed by the service provided by Concierge staff Mr. Kamlesh during my stay.
