went for the basic latter art class and julien was a patient and entertaining instructor! you can tell how passionate he is about coffee and how much he cares about you honing your latte art skills :^) enjoyed this informative theory + practical class with my partner, highly recommended!

I was there for Basic Latte Art workshop. Julien was the trainer & he did a fantastic job of providing the information to understand how to do the art. I like that he explained it very clearly & straight to the point without adding in unnecessary steps to achieve the art on latte. Practice, practice, practice.

The latte art workshop is a great activity, managed to learn not only latte art but also general knowledge of good coffee and coffee machines! The workshop is v manageable for beginners, had a lot of fun! Julien was also very patient in sharing and very encouraging as well. Highly recommend 🙂

My partner signed me up for the basic latte art class as a Christmas gift and it didn't disappoint! Our instructor Julian covered the theory quickly and clearly, leaving most of the time as practice - much-needed, as this is a skill that requires quite a bit of practice. Julian is friendly, open to questions, and has a good eye for beginner's mistakes. He's indisputably passionate about coffee and it was very fun talking about non-workshop topics with him - beans, equipment, cafes in other countries, etc. A genuinely great experience for anyone interested in coffee even just as a beginner. As for the coffee, the flat white was very decent! In itself that's worth coming back for, but what I'd like to try next time is one of their small but diverse range of filter coffees - there were some very interesting ones we saw that were recently brought in from Taiwan. Strongly recommend.

Attended the basic latte art workshop with my wife as we had trouble making it at home with our delonghi machine. Learnt a lot from Julien about the science and technique and most importantly, we managed to overcome the milk frothing issue we had at home and create our first heart using his techniques on our own equipment!
