The 30 mins session at My30Minutes was on point . The workout focused on every part of the body with more exercises inclined towards the core muscles. I enjoyed the session and felt pretty charged up. The gym comes with shower so that’s a plus point as well.

I went to have an EMS gym session at “my 30 minutes”. My experience was so amazing. The trainer did a great job with the session. I believe EMS is the best thing for the people who have no time to go to Gym but they can still lose weight and stay fit in just 30minutes per week.
