This hotel should have been a 5 star review, but very simple things are missed by housekeeping and maintenance. All the other reviews regarding cleanliness are accurate. At first glance, the hotels and rooms are very nice, but the cleaning of the rooms and property is very “surface level”. At check-in the hotel makes a big deal about leaving stains on the sheets in such a tone that I felt paranoid. I did not leave stains and was not charged for stains, but other guests in the reviews have and it’s obvious that the hotel has cleaned these same sheets without using bleach or an effective stain remover and then put them back on the beds. It’s impossible to get a room here without stains on the sheets. I alerted the staff and they had me change rooms three times, because I didn’t want to get charged for a previous guest’s stains. There were also big, obvious hairs on the bathroom vanity that could have easily been cleaned up by housekeeping. To sum it up it seems like all they do to clean the room is spray a very noxious ammonia-based cleaner around the room and change the beds. Every morning the entire hotel smells very strongly like cleaning chemicals, yet nothing gets properly cleaned. It’s nonsensical. If I hadn’t checked in very sleep deprived and if my stay had been longer I would have stayed somewhere else. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If the hotel was as nice as the staff this would have been a 5 star review.

Viva Dash was definitely a gem! It is nearby a lot of go-to places in Seminyak. From the lobby to our room, it was definitely aesthetic. Not your ordinary hotel, I would say. Not to mention, a picturesque rooftop. We also got an upgrade and the view was amazing! The staff were kind enough to prepare a surprise as we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff were also very pleasant, always smiling and ready to help. They were accommodating. Overall experience was worth more than what we paid for. I will definitely book here again when we go back to Bali!

The hotel is very clean, in a great location (right next to loads of great restaurants, bars and potato head beach club). The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can have the room cleaned every day if you want. The facilities are very good, there is a great gym, pool and rooftop bar area. The hotel felt very safe, a great budget friendly choice for staying in the Seminyak area.

Great hotel at a great price. Really cute and decor is so full of character. Service is good, beer as a welcome drink? What more can you ask for? Housekeeping is also very well done everyday.

A cool hotel. Great on a budget. Well located. Being 100m from W Hotel can't do it any harm! It has 5 stories of design-led rooms. An external pool in the courtyard makes it very hard for many guests to be in the sun at once. There are comfy chairs and beanbags surrounding the pool. The best area, in my eyes, is the rooftop bar and terrace with lots of bed-like areas to lounge on in the sun. I based myself there in the daytimes, nipping down to the pool to cool off every now and again. The rooms are quite cool. All with art across the full walls, beds and even ceilings. At around £35/night (650,000 Ind Rupee) it is good value for money.
