Clean and service is good. I like the staff. But I hate the hard selling at every single visit at the end of the service. I still have at least 5-6 sessions left and the manager will ALWAYS hard sell me to top up with more packages. She will attempt to make it seem like a sweeter deal by offering different options or throw in free services you would not usually pay for. I just want to be pampered and enjoy the experience. So pls stop this.

I have been a long time member. But been having terrible experiences at Tampinese mall salon. Don’t go unless you have unlimited supply of time … they make you wait endlessly even wheh you have made a prior appointment. If you ask them them how long it takes for your turn, they will be extremely rude and unprofessional. As it turns out the staff not trained to manage appointments. It’s about just making you sign up for packages and then it’s your problem. Never going back here.

Bought a Fave voucher, $28+ for gel mani + classic pedi. A bit of hardselling to top up for this and that, but I rejected and there was no issues. I’m quite pleased with my experience and I love my nails (the are very sparkly in person). Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. Manicurist was really great too and she tried to build on the glitter without making my nails too chunky. They didn’t make any small talk with me, which is good because I got to relax. Salon is clean and tidy. Overall good experience.

Bought a voucher on kris+ app. Nothing in the voucher stated that I need to book in advance in order to use my voucher. Have tried calling in to make a same day appointment, the staff would ask me what timings I want and upon hearing that I would be using a voucher, they would immediately say then you need to book for the next day instead. If the nail salon is fully booked, I can understand. But clearly there are slots and they would rather not have any customer at that time than to serve one with a pre-purchased voucher. Makes me wonder if clients with voucher are being treated as second tier clients for appointment bookings, would the service rendered be a discounted effort as well? If the salon is not serious about providing service to all paying customers, then don't offer vouchers for purchase.

The service ok only...but the quality is horrible... After doing it just a few hours later, the whole nail polish drop off.... Not one ... But 2 fingers and my toe nail starts to become swollen and red....
