1st time gel manicure w N20 using Fave promotion. $18 for 2 persons. By 2nd day, one nail already started to peel off. 4th day, 2nd finger. Within a week, all gone! The entire gel manicure session took about 30mins! The fastest manicure I ever had! Fast done, fast dropped. A little hard sales after session. Offered avg out, $58 per session for at least 12 sessions package.

The very first time I went to N20 was at Sk grand mall and wanted to try and experience their service turn nightmare. After their first time pedicure even thought I do enjoyed their service , I was being convinced to get their package which cost me close to 2k. The 2nd visit I went , they still want to sell me some more package which I refused. Each time I went for their service and hoping to finish my package, I was asked to get this or that. I went to another outlet(plaza sing) , I was also not spared . Of course I knew because I’ve paid my service at another outlet . But I was so disappointed that the person cut so deep that I jump out from my chair twice ,Same toe same site that was being tortured. Despite I didn’t show any unhappiness yet they kept wanting to sell me package . Come on people , if your service is good , customer will always come pack. Don’t be so pushy . Each time literally , I don’t even feel like going back anymore to finish my package because each time I need to waste a good 10-15 mins to turn them down . They will try to sell 10 then reduce to 6 or 4. I’ve been to so am h nail salon but this is the far most pushy shop (N20) . Today my toe still hurt so much .

I went to doll my nails the night before my flight just to have the nails dropped off one by one within 4 hours. The 1st thumb nails fell off at within 4hours. Subsequent ones fell down the next day before my flight and the rest later that afternoon. I flew out for an event hence it has caused me many inconveniences. The set of manicured nails cost over $300 including a simple set of gel pedicure. How? Is it worth the money and workmanship? You be the judge! I was charged $18 per embellishments if i remembered correctly! Worst experience ever! I still have package with them. Yes they do SELL! ALOT! They will add Sea Salt without telling you extra charge. They will nag and nag how bad your nails is and that you need this and that and that and they will repeat during your session. Oh have i mentioned they will always post photos of nice nails photo and when i go to the putket at Taka they always say not done by this outlet not sure which outlet did. This colour dont have. That embellishment don't have etc etc. I tried contacting the office via IG but they refused to reply which outlet too. Poor management? Lack of manpower? Or just dont care?

Decent job with classic mani and pedi. The only thing I really don’t like is the constant upselling of their packages. I still have about 7 sessions to go and the nail artist asked me to buy another package while doing my nails. Sometimes I just want a little peace and quiet while enjoying my time at the salon 🥲 Another thing is that they charge for gel remover even if you have a package with them did you nails somewhere else. Still can’t wrap my head around that because I paid for the package which is suppose to include the service of coming back to soak off my nails.

Centrally and conveniently located. Clean, hygienic and cosy ambience. Friendly and professional manicurists. Did a classic manicure and pedicure trial and ended up getting a package (I wasn’t pressured into buying package 🙂).
