Opal Day Spa

If you want to get out of there feeling worse than you came in then by all means go to Opel day Spa. It was a complete waste of my time and body. I went on 12/08/2023, I arrived there and showed them my printed pdf confirmation, it seemed like people were confused, eventually I was put in a room, asked to get comfortable which I did. The annoyance was when I was asked if I wanted music or not, then music was played on the phone then from phone it was played on blue tooth speaker. What annoyed me the most was that while this lady was massaging me, I got a glimpse of what she was doing, she was massaging me with one hand while being busy on her phone chatting with her other hand, I was GOBSMACKED! The massage was pathetic, my 12 year old child could do better. The worst was the facial, my face was sticky, the products were not removed properly and it did not last the 15minutes that was advertised, it was definitely NOT as well a Thai massage nor was it a proper facial. I would never recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.

We all take risks it’s your turn perhaps you’ll be lucky. My Therapist, Natasha, just rushed all the massage. Neglected the knots and quickly finished. It was NOT even a Thai Massage as paid for. Let me know if you get better treatment.
