Great place to have lunch or dinner. Value for money and quality of food is great. Excellent customer service is always noticed when we dine at OPVS2.. We had a birthday celebration there and the bosses prepared a surprise beautiful birthday cake for us too. You have to visit the OPVS2 restaurant to validate our compliments! Thank you Linda & Cedric & team for the excellent service! Cheers!

Nice cozy restaurant at level 2, dine, chill with friends or view the plentiful art on the wall. Loved the oysters which is very big. Pork ribs is soft and tender.

Food was average but service was good. We had BBQ pork ribs & Argentinian platter. The beef was very thin but taste was still ok. It was a god deal if you come here with Entertainer voucher to get buy 1 get 1 free (for the cheaper dish). I had a surprise after making the payment. There was a lucky spin & I got I bottle of wine free for the next visit of $50 spend within the next month. Good marketing promotion.

Very friendly owner and very value for money set lunch which include choice of coffee/tea/cold drinks and dessert. Food quality have room for improvement but owners are very prompt to take in feedback and change if needed. Great artwork too. What impress me is the personal service and humble attitude.
