We went for a Ghabga evening and Origins was a very enjoyable experience. The service is top notch and the food was good throughout. The standout dish was the ghoozi and the fish. We tried ramadan ghabga buffet. The service and atmosphere are splendid. Having said that, the food does not match the price tag for around 22 BHD per person. I'd expect more if I'm paying this amount. The outdoor buffet food was cold due to the winter weather. The fish dishes were white fish and seabass when I'd expected some Prawns or hammur fish. However, it is fair to say that the appetisers were good.

📍Origins- Vida Beach Resort, Marassi Dined in during my stay at Vida Beach Resort, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and I can guarantee that this place will not disappoint💯. For breakfast (A la carte menu) -Balaleet -Sunny side up -Cafe Latte -Pancakes For lunch we had: -Pho -Watermelon Feta Salad -Chicken Tenders -Truffle Fries -Cheeseburger -Roasted Baby potatoes -Potato Gratin -Mojito Dinner (was Buffet): Everything was delicious!!! PS: They serve the best chocolate ice cream in Bahrain!!!! I would love to thank the Executive Chef Nicolas for the amazing food and great hospitality

An experience to forget.. At first it was my mistake that I made an appointment in the wrong restaurant (There’s another one in the same hotel) but to be honest, the staff were helpful and they told me they can give us a table without a reservation 👍🏻 So we had a table but what now? Is there a menu or iftar buffet options or offers? So I had to go back again to the reception and asked them about the next step and yeah they realized that I didn’t buy them yet. Buffet was good. For me I think there are limited options to choose and honestly I thought it would be bigger and more food options. After finishing eating I can say it’s not worth to buy 22 BHD for the buffet because simply it’s not that special at all 😅 After that I changed my table to try the shisha and I ordered a cup of tea, shisha (Grape with mint) was good and I enjoyed the taste but only for 5 minu and that because of small coals. Oh yeah, I forgot to talk about the poor service here. I’ve waited the tea for like 35 minutes and I’ve already told the waitress when he came to give me the bill to buy that I didn’t get the tea yet and he said he will bring it now but nothing change !! I told another waitress that I want to change the coals and he said ok and nothing change !! I had to leave the restaurant because of the poor service
