My hotel stay was exceptional, thanks to the incredibly kind and supportive night staff particularly the young Saudi guy at the reception. The attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my stay at ease.

Hasan was very helpful , we arrive quite early then check in time but it was not issue because we put note in booking that we will arrive early . Complimentary fruits were highlight , very near for the sea and several restaurants near hotel , Parking is available free of charge . I was there for my emirates assessment day , everything is perfect .

The hotel is a bit old, but room considered clean. Their buffet has limited options but taste still acceptable. Breakfast is also very limited, mostly bread. Coffee machine was dirty.

The buffet food is really nice, the rooms are good with disposable bathroom items such as a razor and toothbrush if needed, which I did as my bag was delayed during transit. The service from the staff was the best part. Very accommodating when I needed assistance with places to buy what I needed, locally.
