Tried the Hazelnut Chocolate bagel and Cheese Pretzel, as well as their hot chocolate. Love the Cheese Pretzel! It tastes authentic and dense but with a softer, chewier texture. I prefer this to the dry and hard texture of original pretzels in Germany. The Hazelnut Chocolate bagel is decadent and not overly sweet, but the chocolate flavour and hazelnuts overwhelm the taste of the pretzel. Come with an empty stomach as the pretzels/bagels are more filling than they look! The owners and staff are very friendly and provided great service! Would highly recommend visiting them and buying some back home.

Passed by this bakery a few times and finally got to try them! Not a lot of choices left when I visited around 3pm on a weekend. They were very friendly and gave me recommendations - the lady recommended the pretzel and brotchen if you’re a first timer so you can really taste the bread, and I wasn’t disappointed! I got a brotchen ($2.40) to go and kept it at room temperature, reheated it the next day. The outside was crispy and inside was soft, the sea salt was prominent but not too overpowering, I savoured every bite. Not the cheapest bread considering the size, but I would drop by again to try their other options too!

It is relatively small, mostly more bakery than a sit down place like what others mentioned. Much quieter on a weekend I would assume given that there were empty seats, came closer to lunch time too. Great pretzels, good sausage sauerkraut pretzel sandwich. Highly recommended although a bit steep in price, a worthwhile once in a while treat.

I am quite fond of their breads that I even bought more to takeaway after trying them on the spot. Their plain pretzel and sausage roll were really good — very nice flavour and texture that I enjoyed. If you want something more indulgent, I’ll recommend the hazelnut double chocolate bagel which had lots of rich chocolate filling. Instagram: @smolbelly

The lady at the counter was very welcoming. Good start. Enjoyed the jalapeño cheddar bagel which tasted kind of like a cross between the American soft bagel with German denser and chewier pretzel. Delicious when paired with coffee. Can't remember if the smiley face at the end was latte art or simply a happy incident.
