I had an event here in this venue and here's how it went, when we entered the venue the staff didn't know there was a booking at the day we had our event.
Then we were the ones who had to set up everything like the chairs and decorations and it's not good because they won't let you do this in advanced like the day before or at least give you an extra hour for FREE to prepare.
When we had the event going on the sound system wasn't working properly. We had to wait for like an hour just to have the sound system working again. And we only had limited time to enjoy our event but it's mostly distracted by the on and off sound system.
We were also the ones who had to clean up afterwards so it's really tiring.
They would strictly tell you to pay in full before you can have your event, if you haven't paid in full then you can't have your refund on your deposits and you can't have your event. And they said if you pass the hour limit of your booked hours then you have to pay extra $900 HKD
