Room is clean and quite spacious for a family of 3. Breakfast choices changes everyday which is a good thing. Would have given a 5 star if not for the following cases: 1. We entered our room and were very tired from the travel and needed to rest before exploring Manama (we didn’t lock our door thinking that nobody else can enter as it can only be accessed by a card).But just a few minutes later, a staff knocked on our door and didn’t even wait for us to open it. After knocking he just opened the door and disrupted our rest. 2. We called the housekeeping at around 9pm to bring us the complementary water for the second day as we didn’t ask for anyone to clean the room. The female staff who answered the call sounded rude like I was interrupting her from her rest. She said they’ll bring it to our room but we just slept and never received the bottled water. Of course, despite of these, I commend the staff at the restaurant who were very nice and very welcoming. Would definitely come back but will raise these two issues for our comfort and privacy.

Restaurant team required to be trained for how to deal with the customers. Wrong location on Google maps. Online price is completely different than paying on the hotel. You have to call the room service several times before they do thier normal job and finally you found unexpected person who knock your door night time asking if you need room service or not. Cleaning is not considered even windows and windows frame looks like never cleaned for a long time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

My rating for the hotel is 5 stars. It is a very special hotel in all respects and I recommend a visit. Thank you for your hospitality. The service was very fast in terms of room service and cleanliness ((I thank Mr. Mansoor Mohammed for the speedy check-in and check-out procedures as well.
