We lived in over 2 months from August 2023. The residence apartment is clean, spacious and well accommodated for a family of 5. Our room (133) has been recently renovated, is equipped with fully brand-new furnished, electrical appliances and kitchen utensils. We got our room clean and changed linen 3 times/week. The hotel facilities are great! Our kids love the kid’s playroom and enjoyed their time in the pool, especially in summer. The gym has a lot of machines and never gets crowded. All stuff is super friendly, polite and promptly to service. However, during holidays and weekends were a bit noisy and crowded from tourists. As well as when the hotel had events/receptions were difficult to find a parking space but you always can ask for a valet service.

Fantastic hotel. I loved everything about it. Really clean, amazing staff everywhere, fantastic food at both restaurants. The spa and the swimming pool were the best, long opening hours and very clean, I did not feel the chlorine burning my eyes that the ones in Europe normally do. I would definitely go back there with the first chance I have😍

A nice hotel at the diplomatic centre of Manama. Breakfast is great. The service is good and there is a lot to choose from. The swimming pool area is nice. There is a good gym facility with friendly and skilled staff. The rooms are good, not noisy at all. A good bed, the only thing that wasn't that great where the pillows.

I absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time I am in Bahrain. The service is great, good restaurants on site. The rooms are very spacious. I love the pool side. The spa is good and the gym is really well equipped. I have yet to find a fault. The personnel are really good and friendly

Great service and clean rooms. Special thanks to our server at the restaurant Anish who always works with a smile and ready to help, and the lady at the front desk Raquel who was amazing in managing our change request. Thanks for the amazing experience .
