The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The view was the best part, as we had a sea and palace view. The service was also great, as they helped us with our bags and responded to any requests we had promptly. The only thing that could have been a little better was house keeping. They missed our room one day even though we pressed the house keeping button, and the other days they would forget to restock some things. This was not a big deal to me though, as when we called they responded promptly with whatever we needed.

We spent 4 days in the hotel and is was amazing. Great specious rooms, good service. Although we tried to reserve a table in a restaurant which was fully booked online. But the concierge Dewak made the reservation happen! Credits to him. Housekeeping is also very good. All in all a very nice experience for the short stay in Abu Dhabi. See you again.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who were more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the Emirates Palace. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious, with a large soaking tub and separate shower. We opted for the half-board option, and we were not disappointed. The food at the hotel was simply amazing, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The chefs were also very accommodating, and they were always happy to prepare special dishes for our family. In addition to the delicious food, the hotel also has a number of other great amenities, including a large outdoor pool, a private beach, a spa, and a fitness center. We especially enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was always clean and refreshing. The staff at the Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl are truly the best part of the hotel. They are all so friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that their guests have a wonderful stay.
