It is a low cost spa true and true, the therapist gave me a really good massage but that was the only positive thing. My appointment was for 9am, I arrived at 08:45 as it is spa etiquette, they only opened at 09:10 and set up. They only attended to me at 09:00 and only finished at 11:15 withoutany discussions. I was supposed to finish at 10:30 as such I had an appointment at 11 wlsewhere, i couldn't make it. There is no watch on the treatment room so I was not aware of the time, i would have expected them to squeeze all treatments in the allocated time or atleast discuss witg me that we will finish late. I was inconvenienced on many levels and the owner refused to take responsibility or even offer me complimentary service. I will never ever go back and i will make sure none of my friends go there.

Lovely lady but not adequately trained. I had a 45min paid appointment for a reflexology treatment and received a 30min foot wash and rub instead. Not satisfied at all!

Loved the foot scrub the most. Had deluxe manicure and pedicure, looked so professional. Lasted for about a week. Happy with the work. The place was clean and neat. they are always ready to meet your needs.

The pedicure was a highlight for me. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room is lovely. The prices for the month of August are unbeatable. I will definitely pay them another visit.

I went for a full body massage today and was really disappointed. The lady who did my massage was wild and fast like she really did not feel like doing the massage. It was not a soothing experience. She started my massage after the time it should have started and ended before the hour was up. I therefore did not get my full hour. So unprofessional. This is the third time I went for a massage there, the first time was really good but the next 2 times was a real disappointment. I would not recommend anyone to go for a massage at Nourish wellness center.
