Positive note: hotel staff were polite and reception were efficient. Bed was comfy. Negative: The spa- Worst massage I’ve ever received in my life, unfortunately. “Massage therapist” (although I question this qualification) was SO rude and my overall experience was awful. Please save your money and avoid going there at all costs. Of course you must pay before receiving the service- I wonder why.

THE WORST!!!! DONOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!! I booked through Bahrain Dental Association , since I have a conference to attend. I thought I’d get some special treatment since I’m booking through a respected company. But I was thinking wrong 🤣 Honestly, I’ve been into so many hotels.. I can’t even count the total number of them. Ramada by Wyndham Hotel City Center is the worst, not one of the worst, but the worst. 1. Receptionist refused to give my mother a key although I informed them when I checked in that my mother will be arriving after me. 2. You call the reception, housekeeping, room service and no body would answer🤣🤣🤣 Are you sure I’m in a hotel?? 3. We asked for a late checkout and they agreed (generous of them 🤡) .. When we called the receptionist to send the bell boy to take our luggage for check out. We called at 2 pm , and said “Can u send the bell boy in 5-10 minutes to get our luggage?” He actually answered “You’re already late” we explained that we have late checkout and he continued by saying “But I will charge you for the 10 minutes extra 🤡” Honestly??? 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 I haven’t seen such unprofessional team, I can’t believe this hotel’s staff has a degree in hospitality 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡 I never write negative reviews about a place and you check my account, but I’ve never seen something like this at all. I’m not even sorry for writing this review. Good day!

In my last stay at Ramada by Wyndham, the service and some staff attitude were not accepted at all. The front desk wasn't aligned that our room was booked for 2 guests. I checked in later in the day. I was almost kicked out of the restaurant (Breakfast) just because they didn't have the info of 2 guests in the room. They could handle the situation since it is not my fault and i was invited for a business visit, they could have handled it in a better professional way. I would be able to pay for my breakfast if they would bill it to the room rather than kicking me out of their buffet! And when I went to confirm the booking for 2 at the front desk, I was treated the very same unprofessional awkward way, that the booking was for 1 guest only and not for 2. That was sooooo unacceptable and embarrassing especially that I was hosted in that hotel for a business purpose. I didn't like or enjoy my recent stay. And most probably I won't stay there in the future, if ever.

Excellent location in Al Seef Area, good prices, the room is clean. but they deducted the amount for 1 night before the arrival, even tho I’ve chosen the option “pay at the property” on booking, also they provided the room with no lake view… The breakfast buffet was great, especially the chef who made the omelette. Also a special thanks to Triana and Wahid from housekeeping for their warm welcoming approach and the outstanding work in making the room clean.

1. Deducted the pre-amount 65 hours before when they agreed to do 24 hours before. 2. Booked a lake view, but didn't get it. 3. The TV wasn't working, and they promised to send IT, but no one showed up. 4. A cleaning woman opened my door and walked in without my asking. 5. There are no signs for "Do Not Disturb" or "Cleaning Room"!
