I was disappointed with certain aspects. The price was quite expensive, and unfortunately, the services didn't fully justify the cost. The staff displayed a bad attitude, which left me dissatisfied with the overall experience. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was disappointingly small, making me regret spending my money on it. Despite its prime location, I'd suggest improvements in service and amenities to match the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

A very comfortable hotel and the workers there are very helpful, especially in the reception. Mr. Mohamed is a very friendly and respectful person. Also, the restaurant has a variety of delicious food and the level of cleanliness is very good. I highly recommend it

We stayed at one of the chalets, I will only give it 2 stars for the pool. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed it. However the rooms were not so clean and the furniture seemed very depreciated for a 5 star hotel (the couch had cigarette holes).. also the mattress for the bed was hard as a rock I felt like I was sleeping on concrete and I woke up with back pain. For the price I paid I expected a better quality specially for a 5 star hotel

First time staying at this hotel and very pleasantly surprised. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful (everyone was polite, helpful and accommodating of all requests-thank you), rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, location is fine (off the beaten path) and has some nice features like happy hour from 5-7, great views, a decent gym, a pool bar and a nice environment. Breakfast is also decent. I would recommend and will return.

Terrible annoying unprofessional no regret can't change and if I can add any more words that can describe disappointment after paying for a grand chalet almost 2000 sr per night n we were there for 3 nights.. They don't care a dam attitude U have too mandatory give a reminder call for ur order or query.. On a weekday they r so busy if u call the most common reply is i will get bk.to or can I call u bk but will never call . Yes the chalet is beautiful classy to stay but the service is at its peak to disappoint u mk sure to ruin ur mood.
