The service at the reception is mediocre. It's more of a get in get out kind of attitude. Which is unacceptable at at price of 1400. I wanted to choose the therapy and I had to tell it twice to the therapist Lilly who was very vague about it. She was the therapist who could not explain me the difference between the different massages. The massage was ok. She kept saying “ you can't take pressure and giggling about it” which is not required. I must have reached the reception around 4.10 ( not sure of the exact time) . Then I filled a health form, had a tea which was horrible, then I was taken to the room. After the dance drama of waiting for the therapist to show the different massages and getting ready, I am quite sure we would have started around 4.30 or later ? But the massage ended at 5.45. It definitely felt shorter than 90 min for the massage. After I changed I came to the reception alone from the room and the lady at the reception told me my remaining amount and that was it. No feedback asked nothing.I asked her how is the time calculated, she said it's from the time u leave for the room! Shouldn't it be when the therapy starts? Very poor customer service! I have done many massages on HK island side( Shangrila, Four seasons and Hyatt)and know of the massage etiquette and therapy time. Since we moved here and the location is very convenient I was very excited to try this place. But it did not live up to the price they charge and my expectation given that it's also a 5 star facility.
